Raspberry Cream Cheese Potica

Fresh Raspberries are blended with a mixture of Cream and sweetened Cream Cheese. This mixture, along with Honey and Butter, is baked into a hand-rolled Slovenian dessert bread.
Note: due to the high moisture content in fresh berries there may be some sinking in the center of the Potica as it bakes. However, this does not affect the delicious flavor.
