We make our amazing Coconut Cream Cheese filling by soaking grated Coconut in sweetened cream. This allows the Coconut to soak up the rich, creamy moisture. We then add Cream Cheese and honey to the saturated Coconut. This mixture is then baked in a hand-rolled Slovenian dessert bread.
